We recognize our corporate social responsibility and seek to make a positive contribution in the socio-economic sphere, democratic development and the protection of the environment of Georgia. Therefore, we determine its Corporate Social Responsibility Policy as a steering document, which defines main guidelines, governing principles and attitudes of our Company.
The Company CSR Policy encompasses several areas, including, but not limited to the protection of human rights, environmental protection, and community development.

Human Rights

The company intends to conduct every aspect of business with honesty, integrity and openness, respecting the human rights of all employees and stakeholders, at all times to treat its employees, customers, contractors and those who come into contact with us equally and with fairness, to respect and protect human rights and freedoms as stipulated by the Constitution and Legislation of Georgia as well as by International Agreements.

Environmental Protection

The company considers the environmental impacts arising through its activities and operations and is committed to promote environmental care considering the potential impacts to biodiversity and eco-systems, increase understanding of environmental issues and disseminate good practice. The company aims to make continuous improvements in the management of its environmental impact, quality of environmental assessment and risk mitigation planning and management, especially the quality of accident management plans and mechanisms.

Community Development

The company recognizes its role in the community development and intends to contribute to the economic, educational, and cultural development in operational regions to be involved in the supportive corporate activities.

In these endeavors the company intends to cooperate closely with central and municipal governments, national public organizations, non-governmental organizations and the local communities nearby the operational sites. The company shall ensure the publicity of a CSR policy document and Employee awareness of its provisions and an action plan that might change from time to time. Therefore, the employee is expected to endorse and accept the main provisions of the Policy as well as behaving responsibly, adhering to all legal provisions and engaging in actions and events as per CSR policy and action plan.
